ABOUT US
Arancia is a string trio of three sisters, each with a career shaped by international stages and orchestral leadership. We work with exclusive venues and premier brands to create a refined atmosphere, moving effortlessly between classical masterpieces and contemporary scores.
Our performance history includes a debut at Carnegie Hall and recitals at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München. We have also performed at various venues across California, including recitals at Villa Gardens in Pasadena. Our work extends to the soundtracks for Avatar 3, Steven Spielberg's new film Disclosure Day, and Zero Day, bringing a unique cinematic depth to every collaboration.
Beyond the stage, we mentor the next generation of musicians through the Arancia Academy. We provide professional training and strategic consulting for students aiming for top-tier music schools, sharing the practical insights gained from our own professional paths.

The trio—Yaeri Choi (violin), Youna Choi (cello), and Shi Young Choi (viola)—has earned international recognition through major competition wins, including the Grand Prize at the Manhattan International Music Competition and the Pablo Ziegler Award at the Astor Piazzolla International Competition. Following these successes, the trio performed at Carnegie Hall for a winner’s concert in 2022.
Academic Mentorship Building on their extensive professional careers, the trio provides strategic guidance for students aiming for top-tier institutions. Their students have consistently secured admissions to Harvard, Cornell, Northwestern, Juilliard, Colburn, Seoul National University, USC Thornton, and New England Conservatory.
Beyond admissions, Arancia’s students regularly earn top honors at major competitions throughout the United States and South Korea.
